The establishment of the inflation target and the corridor of fluctuations of the target: analysis of world trends and practice in Ukraine

The article presents an analysis of global trends in setting the inflation target and acceptable corridor fluctuations. Inflation targeting is important attribute monetary regime targeting, its main quantitative parameter. tendency 70 countries all over world are considered, which 41 have official recognition by International Monetary Fund (IMF) regarding regime. It was found that most set at 5% or below, level fluctuations relative terms hovers around 20-50% value. latest related to changes policy European Central Bank been studied, recommendations for determining small open economies on example Ukraine provided.
